Instances in Structured Text

There are two types of blocks: function blocks and function blocks, whose variables are declared differently:

• Function Block - These are blocks that have an instance, and it must be declared in Structured Text.

Ex:

• Function Block - These are blocks that do not have an instance.

Ex:

Figure 2: Declaring the variables of the Equal Comparison block
